Annual Formal Dinner information and First Year Guide released (01/09/2009)
This year's version of UQ ESA's First Year Guide has been released and is available in our publications section now. It is an invaluable guide and provides 7 concise pages of advice easing the transition from High School to University. If you have any suggestions for next year's edition please contact us.

Creative Distraction Issue 12 Revision 1 (15/07/2009)
A revised copy of the Twelfth issue of Creative Distraction released earlier last month is now available online in our publications section. Of the revisions made, the most notable addition is an essay on "Systemic Risk and Contagious Default" submitted by Ben Young.
We'd like to thank all the people who made their essays available for publication - including those submitted that we couldn't fit into our current edition. We appreciate your participation and enjoy reading your thoughts on the numerous contemporary Economic issues.

Welcome to the newly refurbished (and if I may say so... shiny) UQESA website launched merely hours before the commencement of Market Day in O-Week. Despite the significant behind-the-scenes preparations, today signifies the beginning of a new year for the UQESA. We hope you enjoy our efforts this year as we continue to improve and build upon the great foundation built from previous years (and executive bodies). If you have any suggestions or feedback in regard to anything ESA related please contact us. The year is afresh and your feedback will help influence the organisation of events throughout the year.
